Frozen Durian Pulp
Durian is a distinctive tropical fruit, typically available only during its seasonal harvest. Thanks to modern processing and preservation technology, frozen durian pulp allows consumers to enjoy its rich, creamy flavor all year round, without waiting for the short durian season.
From high-quality Monthong and Ri6 durian grown in Daklak, Vietnam, the flesh is carefully extracted, separated from the husk, and selected for premium quality. It is then rapidly blast-frozen at -30°C to preserve its freshness, aroma, and nutritional value. The product is vacuum-packed to maintain hygiene and the natural texture of the fruit.
Each production batch follows a strict selection and quality control process:
1. Only clean, whole durian fruits are used for pulp extraction.
2. Underripe, watery, coarse-textured, or poor-quality fruits are removed from selection.
3. Brix level tests, texture checks, and laboratory analyses are conducted to ensure compliance with food safety standards and eligibility for Health Certification.
Usage Purposes
Frozen durian pulp is versatile and convenient for various purposes:
Direct consumption after thawing, retaining the fruit’s natural creamy texture and rich sweetness.
Ingredient for desserts such as ice cream, mousse, cakes, pastries, smoothies, pudding, or sweet soups.
Food service industry supply for cafés, bakeries, and restaurants to use durian year-round without depending on harvest season.
Raw material for export in the food and beverage industry for further processing in international markets.
By freezing immediately after extraction, the durian pulp maintains its original fragrance, creamy richness, and soft texture — delivering the authentic taste of Vietnamese durian even outside its natural season.
